Project Manager-RPO
Responsibility:
- Solutions consulting in relation to your project or RPO-problem solving and service delivery
- Management of assigned research staff and junior consultants towards key performance indicators for your project
- Involvement
in solution design, and sourcing strategy for your project
Required experience: - A track record in RPO or recruitment consulting solutions within a reputable Professional Services / HR Advisory firm
- Ability to influence, manage and work collaboratively across business lines and geographies
- A desire to continuously contribute to the growth and success of a business
- Ability to Be Sensitive to emerging problems and capable of finding solution. Able to resolve conflicts and work with diversified groups of people
- Ability to identify business opportunities in the phase of project deployment. Strong acumen of business
- Can-Do attitude
